LDB Beverage is a beverage co-packing facility. We are located in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. We are currently looking to fill in a missing piece of our puzzle with someone who can perform basic mechanic, electrical, plumbing, light welding and preventative maintenance duties throughout the facility and packaging line. If you are energetic, self-motivated and have a willingness to learn, then you may be just the right fit!
This role is responsible for:
• Assessing the current condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and other essential facilities and equipment.
• Diagnosing equipment challenges and form a validated opinion before beginning major repairs.
• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance on all packaging line equipment.
• Maintaining accurate records of the condition of all equipment and systems in the building.
• Ensuring that all the equipment and other facilities are working properly.
• Initiating interventions to solve problems in the facilities.
• Preparing pertinent records and reports as needed.
• Timely communication regarding issues and material needs with Senior management.
• Timely documentation of work performed to be used for future trending tracking within the organization.
• Educating the production staff on the proper use and care of its equipment and other facilities.
• Cleaning/organization of all maintenance related materials and parts.
Skills required:
• Critical thinking.
• Professional, thorough communication with all departments.
• Accept accountability.
• Good judgment and decision making.
• Good time management.
• Complex problem solving.
• Basic blue print understanding is a plus.
• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word is a plus.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and be flexible with their work schedule. Nights and/or weekends will be necessary on occasion.

Starting Salary: $16.00 to $18.00/hour DOE
