Hi all, I am looking to do a 90 degree off the top of our boil kettle and vent directly out the side of our building. Does anyone have any recommendations on insulation material to wrap the kettle with in the wall and also any recommendations on flashing on the inside and outside?

You use a " thimble " for the wall breaching for the pipe size you are working with. There is a guy on the forum named James Gimurtu if I got the spelling right who can sell you the pipe and fittings. Some people go with welded SS which more rugged, more fancy and more expensive. A horizontal termination would not be my preferred way to go, and some people run forced fan on the stack outlet depending on the total equation of the install.
