building my brewery while waiting on TTB/ABC etc. I had planned on making an 8 tap "keezer" out of a 24 cubic foot chest freezer. I manage a cafe and we recently were cited by the health department because our fridge was not commercial. Now im worried that some governing entity will have a problem with an essentially home made beer dispensing freezer. Does anyone have experience with this? There's a local brewery here that uses a converted home fridge, but i wont go into this thinking just cus they get away with it that i will. any advice is greatly appreciated.
