TITLE: Washington Sales Representative
REPORTS TO: NW Regional Sales Rep & Co-Owners
SUMMARY OF POSITION
This outgoing and dynamic off-site sales representative will sell and promote Everybody’s Brewing’s line of products. Sales will include both on-premise and off-premise accounts within the territory of Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, and Bellingham. Rep will be responsible for scheduling and working events, festivals, and tastings within this territory and have the flexibility to assist with events outside of his/her territory as needed.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
□ Maintain strong relationships with accounts and distributors through proactive communication (in person and via phone/email)
□ Prospect for new business and close sales with new accounts
□ Schedule and work promotional events (tap takeovers, tastings, festivals/competitions)
□ Increase sales in all markets of the outlined territory
QUALIFICATIONS
□ Flexible schedule (weekends, nights and days)
□ Reliable personal vehicle with clean driving record, valid insurance, and registration
□ Passion for craft beer and the brewing industry
□ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized individual
□ Ability to analyze sales data
□ Ability to use Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
□ Ability to lift and maneuver full keg of beer
COMPENSATION
□ Base salary + bonus structure (DOE)
□ Mileage reimbursement
□ Sick pay accrual
□ Enrollment in Simple IRA after 6 months of employment
□ Employee meal and beverage benefits
