Warehouse Logistics/ Cellerman for brewery Co-Op

Description:
We need a self-driven, hardworking, and committed cellar person looking for an opportunity and growth
with a new brewery concept. This is a collaboration/ co-op space between two medium sized breweries
that share a facility and equipment. This is an entry level position where there is lots of room to learn and promote within.
Requirements:
- Flexible schedule
- Positive attitude
- 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day
- Detail oriented, Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, time management, and
troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle hazardous materials, and operation of complex and heavy machinery in a
dynamic work environment
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position or brewhouse
- Lift 55 pounds regularly and 165 pounds occasionally
- Handle hot and cold liquids, shovel hot wet grain
Responsibilities:
• Primary Focus - Ensuring Functionality and Integrity of Our Warehouse Space
• Assisting Brewers & Managers in tasks of the day
(milling grain, filling orders, cleaning, packaging, washing kegs)
• General Cleaning
• Cleaning Draught Lines and Faucets
• Raw Material Inventory and Handling
• Executing All Job Functions According to SOP’s and safety standards
Not required but big plus
- Forklift certified
- Basic understanding of brewing or fermentation science is a plus
- Chemistry/Stem knowledge
- Mechanical Aptitude
