The majority of your time will be spent brewing.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Detailed record keeping and quality control reporting.
Monitor each step of the brewing process.
Maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Participate in festivals, promotional events, public tours, education, tastings, and interaction with brewery guests.
Maintain a harmonious team environment with all staff.
Use of proper and safe chemical handling techniques.
Daily cleaning and upkeep of appearance in brewery.
Safety Protocols and OSHA compliance.
Assist in future planning for growth.
Qualifications:
Experience with a 15 bbl system or greater; ideal candidate will have some experience with a 60 bbl system.
Lab skills and Yeast handling/propagation proficiency.
Excellent time management, prioritization.
Organized, detail-oriented, and attentive to quality and standards.
Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and safely.
Comfortable working on elevated platforms and ladders.
Flexibility with work hours and availability is a must.
