Brewer in Triangle NC area

I have 4+ years of experience in breweries from 1200bbl a year to 8800bbl. I have been the head brewer in charge of a crew of up to 8 guys as well as one on one with my assistant brewer. I have produced award winning beers and developed award winning recipes. Packaged beer on a home made manual bottling line up to a Wild Goose 250 canning line.

I am looking for full time employment in any aspect of brewery operations, from wort production to cellar. Willing to work in a large scale production atmosphere or help you build out a new brewery from the ground floor. Looking to stay in the Triangle area, with Durham being my focus.
