Riverbend Taps and Beer Garden at Harpoon Brewery in Windsor, VT is currently seeking a part-time Tour Guide. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence to join our growing team. The Tour Guide ensures that all brewery visitors have an educational and enjoyable experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing informative weekend tours and tastings at the Windsor, VT brewery
- Merchandise/beer stocking and maintenance
- Selling merchandise and beer at the Visitor Center
- Operating electronic cash register
- Greeting visitors
- Basic bar-back work (changing kegs, cleaning glassware, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21+
- Great attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to communicate well and maintain a positive work environment
- Dependable
- Genuine enthusiasm for craft beer
- 10 to 20 hours per week depending on schedule; schedule flexibility is available
- Weekend hours, holidays, and some night hours for special events required as needed
