    Position Summary: A Territory Sales Rep will be responsible for maintaining and growing the VBC brand in your area through positive and fun wholesaler and retailer interaction. Managing events and festivals to obtain maximum visibility. Keeping accurate inventory, reports and communication with Vernal Brewing Company.
    Responsibilities:
    • Works directly within the assigned territory with the wholesaler and their sales staff to promote sales, promote the VBC brand and achieve target distribution and volume goals.
    • Maintains consistent market visitation schedule in assigned territory.
    • Must be able to analyze and develop sales opportunities in your territory.
    • Develops and maintains positive relationships with retail accounts.
    • Assists at all special events and festivals in the territory.
    • Performs administrative tasks as they are assigned (expense reports, monthly work calendar, establish distribution targets, evaluate discount programs, conduct price surveys).
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Live in the market for which Sales Representative is responsible for.
    • Reliable car and be able to travel.
    • Ability to work flexible schedule; ability to work nights and week-ends to maintain brand recognition in your territory.
    • Strong knowledge of craft beer industry and its retail consumers and demographic.
    • Draft beer knowledgeable.
    • EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE necessary.
    • Experience working in the three tier distribution system either with a beverage wholesaler or beverage supplier a plus.
