    Cellar Technician-Entry Level

    Are you looking for a fast paced, exciting workplace where craft beverages are your life?! Look no further! LDB Beverage has an opening for a full-time cellar technician to join our crew in gorgeous Stevenson, WA. We are located only 45 minutes from Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA, sitting right on the Columbia River. LDB is a fast growing co-packing facility producing and packaging craft beverages for customers all over the US! This is an entry level position, perfect for getting your foot in the door of the craft beverage world-no experience needed! Join our blending wizards in the cellar as we concoct up a stellar array of fizzy, fruity drinks and bodacious bevies.

    Cellar technician tasks include but are not limited to:
    • Batching and blending malt based beverages, craft sodas, ciders, CBD seltzer water, etc.
    • Carbonating beverages
    • Filtration processes
    • CIP/SIP of all cellar equipment
    • Raw Material Inventory
    • Transferring fluids via pump
    • Pitching yeast
    • Fermentation monitoring
    • Adhering to customers recipe SOWs and analytic specifications with accordance to TBB/ FDA regulations
    • Kegging
    • Handling chemicals such as caustic solutions and acids
    • General Cleaning & Organizing
    Required qualifications:
    • Must be 21 years or older.
    • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly.
    • Must be able to stand on feet for the length of shift.
    • Must be able to stoop, squat, bend and reach.
    • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Must have flexible schedule (nights/weekend work required on occasion); you will always be given ample notice.
    • Must have reliable transportation.
    • Must be punctual.
    • Must have strong communication skills.
    • Must have creative and critical thinking skills.
    • Must be able to work in a wet, hot and cold environment.
    • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to work with others.
    • Must have a desire to learn and adapt to production needs and schedule.
