Packaging Manager – Turk’s Head Brewery, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands
We are a successful, constantly growing brewery based in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. Turks Head Brewery is the country’s only brewery. We are known for our flagship Lager, Light Lager, Amber Ale and IPA, as well as our myriad experimental small batch brews.
We’re looking for a Packaging Manager with:
-A diploma or other relevant education in brewing sciences and/or mechanics.
-At least 3 years’ experience in a production brewery and a knowledge of the operation and maintenance of rotary fillers, inline canners, or similar equipment.
-A knowledge of can seam inspection and seamer adjustment.
-A knowledge of kegs, their filling and dispense, including draft beer equipment.
-The ability to service, maintain and preform minor repairs to packaging equipment.
-The ability to use analytical equipment including Zahm, Oribisphere, etc.
-An understanding of carbonation, dissolved oxygen, filling principles, proper cleaning and sanitization, as well as general building organization and maintenance is expected.
-A driver’s license is required; a forklift license is not, as long as you are willing to learn.
The individual will also supervise a small, full time staff of 3-4 people. This person will work directly with the Production Manager to develop SOP's and monitor standards within the packaging building.
Starting salary: $52,000 USD
We offer:

Turks Head Brewery is based in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. Further, this is a largely tax-free nation. Income tax is capped at 4% (public health insurance).
