  • Cooling single walled tanks

I have three 5bbl older single wall carbonation tanks for carbonating soda. I can run co2 pressure up to 35psi. I figure I need to drop the temp of the soda to 55 degrees or lower to carbonate property. My thought is to run stainless steal coils in through the top port somehow. What size of glycol chiller would I need to use? How would I position the coils inside? Is there any external way to lower the temp other than a cooling room? I have dumped my resources into acquiring equipment (tanks, kegs, bottler, label, capper, etc) and supplies and can not buy new jacketed tanks at this time. Any info is super appreciated.
