We need a head brewer who will also be able to handle other aspects of operating a distribution brewery with a destination taproom. We are looking for a person who is willing to work hard and get hands dirty in all aspects of the operation, and who wants to be part of a rapidly growing team in a place where the craft beer revolution is only just getting started. Our destination colonial town in the mountains of Guatemala offers a relaxed atmosphere and lifestyle unavailable in the U.S. or Europe.

The opportunity is nearly infinite, and in addition to getting the brewery off the ground, our company has been importing and distributing beer from the U.S for 7 years.

We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately and who can continue the successful brewing program we have in place currently, while working with a blank slate to expand production and creatively broaden our brew offering.

We have a 15bbl brewhouse with 30bbl fermenters and brites, and an additional 1bbl pilot/specialty system.

We are willing to offer free rein for creativity and growth, and as an added bonus, an average of almost 365 sunny days/year with temperatures averaging between 75 and 80.

Spanish and/or international experience is a huge plus.
