    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary
    The Marketing Manager will promote the 4 Noses Brand by creating unique marketing solutions that push the brand to the forefront the consumer and business owner’s mind. This position is responsible for ensuring that the marketing and advertising approach is being delivered clearly and effectively. We need not only a marketing maven, but also a brand guru! We’re seeking qualified candidates that not only have a passion for drinking great beer, but also taking beautiful photos of it and sharing it with the world. Qualified candidates not only have experience using Lightroom, but also illustrator and Photoshop. This position reports to the Director of Sales.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop, budget and implement a marketing plan for 4 Noses.
    • Manage the social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Untapped)
    • Understand social media algorithms to maximize reach
    • Collaborate with the Director of Sales, FOH Manager, Brew Staff, and Distributors to create strategic planning and creative strategy
    • Regularly communicate with media outlets about releases and events
    • Identify best possible advertising outlets that best fit the brand
    • Create event materials (including but not limited to posters, facebook banners, IG Story Templates, etc) to promote sales team events and taproom events.
    This includes communicating with accounts to produce materials that match both 4 Noses branding
    • Create fun and eye catching can labels that adhere to established brand guidelines
    • Maintain knowledge of the current TTB regulations and submit appropriate documents for TTB approval
    • Communicate with Packaging Manager and Head Brewer to coordinate label orders and make sure quantities are appropriate for canning runs
    • Maintain the Blog and come up with unique and interesting topics to communicate to our audience
    • Comfortable using a DSLR or mirrorless camera system
    • Research and propose strategies for expanding the reach of the brand
    • Stay up to date with current brewery advertising and marketing trends
    • Create unique branded merchandise
    • Maintain and build Email Marketing strategy for both B2B and B2C
    • Manage festival calendar
    • Support Festival Team

    Job Requirements
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
    • Able to take eye catching imagery with professional cameras
    • 5 years creative experience
    • Strong creative outlook
    • Knowledge of the Craft Beer industry
    • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
    • Have reliable transportation
    • Flexible hours
