One of the oldest and largest craft breweries in the Philadelphia marketplace is looking for a dynamic sales professional to join our team. The Sales Guru job will be responsible for all components of beer sales for PA & NJ. If you do not love craft beer and the craft beer industry, please do not apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sell and service entire portfolio of brands within assigned territory
• Maintain call frequency as per company standards
• Aggressively increase number of new accounts
• Implement and execute the monthly volume, distribution and promotional goals
• Stock and rotate product and maintain quality assurance standards
• Set up at least two promotional events each week
• Conduct beer tasting and account staff education with key accounts
• Complete weekly and monthly sales reports
• Create invoices and collect payments when necessary
• Maintain monthly expense budget
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Over 21 years old
• Craft beer industry and brand knowledge a must
• Valid and clean NJ or PA driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with proof of current insurance
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Available nights and weekends
• Ability to multi-task
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work with a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and Internet
FOCUS:
• Experience serving or selling beer in Philadelphia/NJ market is a must
• Four-year college degree mandatory
• Certified Cicerone and/or BJCP a plus

Compensation is determined based on level of experience and includes a generous salary plus an attractive commission structure. Benefits include car/travel expense allowance.
