Gatlin Hall Brewing in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Head Brewer for its new location opening in January 2020. This tap room focused brewery will be located on Orange Avenue just south of Downtown Orlando in the SoDo District. Gatlin Hall Brewing will feature a 10bbl system housed in a 4,800 sq ft brewery and food hall with another 4,000 sq ft of family and pet friendly communal green space.
The Head Brewer will maintain control of all aspects of brewery operations including recipe development, raw material procurement, creating and maintaining production/packaging schedules, quality control and product evaluation. Candidates must have 3+ years of professional brewing experience and knowledge of commercial brewing equipment and sanitation/cleaning techniques. Ideal candidates will be excellent communicators with past supervisory experience.
This position is full time with compensation package based on ability and experience.
