Role: Full-Time Position
Location: Hong Kong
Preferred candidate will have:
- 5+ years professional brewing experience, in a production brewery
- Professional education/certificates preferred but not required
- Strong recipe development skills
- Experience in inventory and supply chain management
- Lab QA/QC experience
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Computer literate (ERP software, EKOS, excel)
- Handy with minor electrical & mechanical repairs
- Organised & self-motivated
- Flexible with working hours
- Committed to making great beer
- Packaging experience (Bottling/Canning)
- Ability to maintain a robust CIP and preventative maintenance program
Hong Kong Beer Co. was launched as Asia’s first craft brewery to sell beer exclusively in bottles and kegs. Established in 1995 as South China Brewing Company, the current name was adopted in 2003. We are the oldest craft brewery in Hong Kong. Our 25HL brewery is located in Chai Wan.
