Bur Oak Brewing is looking for a full time employee. The job duties will include brewing, cellar duties, Packaging and some warehouse. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Monday thru Friday 8-4 typically.
Pay is negotiable and based on experience and education
We work on a 30 bbl brew house, using 120 bbl Fermenters and have our own canning line. A typical week is Brewing Monday, Brewhouse CIP Tuesday, Canning Wednesday, Kegging Thursday and FV CIP Friday. This is a great opportunity to learn all aspects of production and avoid being stuck in the same routine every day.
Columbia is a great College town of over 100,000 in Population, Located on I-70 smack dab in the middle of the state between Kansas City and St.Louis. Our brewery is a low key place, we listen to music all day, there is a cat and a dog. Loss stress and low pressure environment. We have a tap room and there is opportunity to work events and brew fests.
