Independent Fermentations Brewing (aka IndieFerm) in Plymouth, MA is looking for a new brewer. We are losing our brewer soon and need to find someone to take the lead on beer production and packaging. The ideal candidate will have several years experience in a production brewery and a strong work ethic. If you have any skills to help with outside sales, all the better!
We produced about 350 bbl last year and we are planning an expansion which will increase production up to 2000 bbl per year. We are tap room focused but also self distributing in kegs and cans. We also have a homebrew shop, kombucha brewery, and a hop farm.
This position will be part time (up to 32 hrs per week) for now, expanding to full time when we complete the expansion in a few months.
