    Job Summary:
    The 805 Regional Events Manager is responsible for all tasks related to 805 events in the NorCal area. The position will require event analysis for participation in all events within these areas, as well as being responsible for supplying and confirming all event branding, legalities, logistics, and execution.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    Specifically, the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following activities:
    • Maintain a working knowledge of the 805 brand and product as well as FW’s culture.
    • Act as logistics lead on all 805 events handling legalities, tracking related costs, managing backend paperwork and coordinating master event calendar under direction of the 805 National Events Manager and the 805 Brand Director.
    • Assist 805 National Events Manager with sourcing new events and securing all details for proper execution of all events.
    • Act as Logistics Coordinator for all 805 event participations, legalities, associated costs, and all back end paperwork and reporting regarding the 805 brand events.
    • Approve participation with 805 National Events Manager based on marketing parameters and necessary legal documents.
    • Responsible for coordinating logistics to get all 805 product and related items to all events; Work as point person for day-to-day operations for all events and marketing operations.
    • Oversee execution of all 805 sponsorship events in NorCal. Must be onsite and run event or have key 805 Team member confirmed as lead.
    • Work closely with Brand Ambassadors and use for support as needed.
    • Follow up with all team members and produce reports for all 805 events.
    • Responsible for all regional 805 event equipment inventory and trailers.
    • Work with 805 Field Team to keep up with equipment maintenance and re-orders.
    • Responsible for post event follow-ups and monthly event reporting for 805 National Events Manager and 805 Brand Director.
    • Communicate with sales teams and wholesalers to source events and branding opportunities in selected region. Deliver projected calendar and reports to sales and marketing team monthly.
    • Assist 805 Brand Director with all marketing needs in selected region.
    • Work with regional 805 team to assess event retail needs, responsible for placing appropriate orders, collecting inventory and executing event displays.
    • Budget management - reviewing actual vs. budget quarterly and reporting.


    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, brands or a related field with at least two years of prior experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Must be at least 21
    • Ability to operate and use a Mac computer, proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs. Working knowledge of WorkZone. Knowledge and proficiency in social media outlets and websites.
    • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing,
    • Must be enthusiastic, engaging, beer savvy and well organized
    • Must be available to travel for events and work some nights and most weekends.
    • Must have a full understanding of the 805 brand and product as well as FW’s culture and products.
    • Must have a clean driving record, your own reliable transportation and a valid driver license
    • MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THE DESIGNATED TERRITORY (Northern California)

    Physical Demands:
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to drive a car.
