Dear all,
I want to brew new types of beer (IPA, Witbier,...). Now my question, did someone already ferment ales and added lager yeast to perform the bottle fermentation at lager temperature? I can only do the bottle conditioning in the basement and the temperature is unfortunately very cold for ale yeast: 11-12°C.
