We are looking for a next Brew-Star! Successful, 2 Location Brewpub in southern Illinois is seeking our next brewmaster to help us continue to build our brand and look towards the future. We are a small 7bbl shop, but offer a fun work environment, competitive pay, and health insurance. While we have some "flagships" and standards we want replicated, we also respect and want your creative input and guidance! Applicant needs to have 3-5 years experience as a brewmaster or senior brewer. This is a hands-on position, involving you in all aspects of the brewing operation.
