Wyoming Whiskey is seeking an exceptional person to join our team.
Primary Duties:
• Performs all brewing and distilling operations, including milling, mashing, yeast handling, fermentation, transfers, still operation, barreling, and harvesting.
• Performs routine maintenance and upkeep of all equipment.
• Collects and tests batch samples.
• Accurately maintains all production documentation.
• Assists with other distillery operations, including bottling, warehousing, site upkeep, etc.
• Follows all standards of safety, GMP, housekeeping, public interactions, and brand presentation.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong mechanical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot, and work independently or with a team.
• MUST be able to work a weekend schedule
