  • Using a brite tank to lager?

Long story short, we keep our BBT's in the cold room. Is it possible to lager in a BBT? or not recommended because of the dished bottom?

Many CTs used for lagering are cylindricals with a dish bottom. If your cold room doesn’t keep your beer at or around 32F, that may be a bigger issue.

Hey! I think you should be good to lager in BBT in a cold room the cold room would have to be between 0-2 c (32-35F) . If you get slightly higher temperatures than that keep the beer in for a longer time.
How's the BBT bottom , is it completely flat or a small angle cone?

Cold room is kept at 33-34. BBT have a dished bottom.
