Seeking experienced, ambitious Brewer who is ready to spread their wings with our “locally focused” start-up. Responsibilities would be to help design, create recipes, and execute brewing for a 7bbl start up in rural Southwestern Wisconsin. This will be the first microbrewery in this diverse community – and an opportunity to support the local agriculture in a vibrant, small town.

- Brewer who is personally invested in the idea of using locally sourced ingredients, equipment, and other resources is a primary qualification. Our start up is farmer and community focused; the expectation is that 100% of the start-up (from construction and materials, to equipment, furnishings, and ingredients) will be sourced from within the community.
- Previous experience in the brewing industry, with interest in partnering to design the brewery, is the second requirement. You would be relied on to guide the design and equipment requirements for the brewing space, with heavy influence on equipment and tool selection.
- Looking for someone who is hard working and not afraid to put in some sweat equity.
