Fatty's Beer Works
To fulfill brewery operations. Analytical and operational skills are a must to ensure production is efficiently managed with taproom and distributor depletions. Scheduling and organizational skills are critical to keeping beer in stock.

2. Critical thinking skills are vital for a successful brewer in order to reduce waste and efficiently produce great beer.
Continuous improvement ideas and "think on your feet" problem solving skills are a must for a brewer role.
3. Perform packaging and material inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure on time brew and packaging dates.
Record log of available hops, malt and yeast and what ingredients are needed for upcoming brews as well as packaging material, empty and filled keg/case inventory.
4. Communication with management is key to facilitate good supply chain flow and a good relationship with our distributor partner.
5. Maintain Facilities, Compliance and Cleanliness.
Ensure all equipment is performing properly and is adequately maintained to manufacturer recommendation. Ensure brew floor is clean and all tanks are shiny and present excellent appearance to patrons in taproom.
