Wondering if anyone has had any experience with it, if they like it or not, if its output is as advertised (around 360 cans/hour), etc. Thanks in advance

Thanks for the reply. The search function for these forums doesn't seem to be very useful. I also posted on Reddit and found mostly positive feedback on this specific machine, but I did see the reply regarding oxidation. I too have heard that CP fillers have increased risk of oxidation.

I chatted with a couple of other brewers at a tasting yesterday who are using crowler machines and saying they are not sensing any staling after 8 to 12 weeks and they are doing nothing more than sanitizing, whiffing with CO2, and capping on foam. Seems to suggest that open fill, if done correctly, isn't a bad thing. There's an open fill option from the same company you posted and there's the Dani Can Filler from Switzerland. They have some great videos on that one.
I wish I were more of a school-trained engineer, an open or counter pressure small-scale filler likely has about $500-$1000 in parts in them. It's all in knowing how to make them work and calibrate to the fill levels you need is the trick.
