No-Li Brewhouse is seeking an experienced Cellar/Filtration Operator with a minimum of 3 years work experience in a production brewery.
No-Li Brewhouse is an internationally award-winning brewery located in Spokane, WA. No-Li produces 16,000+BBLs/year.
CELLAR/FILTRATION POSITION SUMMARY
The ideal candidate is someone who can adapt to any brewing environment and who can implement good plant hygiene. Above all, they should have a deep passion for the beer production process, be eager to learn, have a great work ethic, a positive attitude and a desire to be part of the No-Li Brewhouse team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate, clean and maintenance Velo filter.
Clean brewing tanks according to previously established SOP’s.
CIP of beer transfer lines and hoses, CIP of brite tanks and fermentation tanks.
Prepare beer to be packaged which includes carbonating the beer.
Use the proper equipment to move beer into the packing area.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work space daily.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Three years of proven production brewing experience, preferably producing 5,000+ BBLs/year.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain a clean work environment..
Physical requirements: Must be able to bend over, twist, kneel, stand for the duration of a shift, lift 55 pounds, and maneuver 300 pounds repeatedly.
Proper handling of hazardous materials and operation of complex machinery.
Experience operating a forklift.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
COMPENSATION
Starting wage of $18 per hour. Health, dental insurance, vision, 401k, and paid time off included.
