Are you an asst brewer looking to move up? Good opportunity for the right person to come in and run the show in a successful one year old brewery. The operation has become too much for me as the owner to brew full time and run a very busy taproom and soon, kitchen.
What am I looking for?
1) Hard working and reliable.
2) Formerly educated with at least one year experience as a working brewer or in lieu of formal education, at least 3 years as a working brewer.
3) Creative and passionate about brewing.
4) Experience with all phases of brewing including, cellering, packaging, sanitation & recipe development.
