Phantom Canyon is Colorado Springs' original brewpub, open since 1993.
We have an outstanding opportunity for a talented, creative and passionate Assistant Brewer/Cellar Person to join our team. This is a full time (40 hour/week) position.
General duties include: milling, brewing, cellar work, cleaning draft lines, cleaning tanks and filling kegs. Must be able to stand on your feet for 8+ hours, lift 55 lb bags and 170 lb kegs repeatedly. The role requires a teamwork oriented, responsible, and self-motivated individual with a passion for the craft beer community and a desire to continue learning and growing within the industry.

- 2+ years of experience working in a brewery
- Must be over 21
- Must be able to maintain a safe, sanitary and organized work environment
- Formal brewing experience is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude, basic problem solving and math skills
