Full Time Lead Brewer Position
Responsibilities:
Oversight of brewing staff.
Responsible for brewing/cellar and logs.
Inventory of raw materials.
Wort production on a 20 BBL brewhouse.
All cellar duties.
Packaging duties including bottling line, mobile canning line support and kegging as needed.
Deliveries as needed.
Brand support including festivals, meet the brewer events and tap take overs.
Abilities:
Ability to work a flexible rotating schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Safely lift 55 pounds and moving up to 165 pounds.
Ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day.
Excellent record keeping ability.
Must be competent with MS Office.
Reliable transportation to brewery as well as events.
Reports to Head Brewer.
