  • Chilli stout.

    I have a base chocolate stout recipe I would like to add some chilli heat and a little flavour too.
    I'm considering adding post ferm, in a muslim sack so I can remove it when the profile is right.
    I've not done this before so am wondering on initial quantities and types of chilli which are suitable?
