We’re a restaurant and brewery group with four Chicago-area locations that’s looking for an experienced Brewer to join team.
We’re seeking a self-starter with a proven track record of making high quality beer in a pub environment. The ideal candidate should have a brewing diploma along with a minimum of five years’ experience in the field. Ability to work as part of a brewery team along with excellent technical skills in brewing, filtering, and cellar operations are essential. Candidates should be computer literate and able to manage a budget and adhere to purchasing and labor standards.
As a well-established company we're looking for someone who can follow existing standards and maintain consistency, but also help us build new systems that will contribute to future growth and success.
