The Brewer/Distiller at Interboro works to produce the best product and participate as part of all team efforts to reach this goal. This staff member should adhere to the highest beer and spirits production standards. Duties include day-to-day brewing, distilling and all aspects of spirits and beer production from grain to glass.
Requirements:
Strong desire to make the best craft beer and spirits.
Brewing experience in a production environment.
Experience working with the supply chain of grain, yeast and hops.
Experience working with a production staff.
Experience with production record-keeping requirements.
Develop new procedures/policies as required.
Responsibilities:
Work with founding brewer to ensure all production work is completed.
Perform all daily duties including: brewhouse and still maintenance and operations, tank and environmental cleaning, yeast handling, cellar work, etc.
As asked perform all maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of equipment.
Help keep accurate inventory and quality management of raw materials and chemicals.
Help keep accurate daily production records per company and Federal Requirements.
Work as part of team to ensure that early and late shifts are covered.

Ordering and supplies-related:
