  • Brett Yeast Slow/Stuck Fermentation?

    So having a bit of a weird issue. Currently have a Brett sour beer fermenting. Brewed the same as previous brews with same pitch/oxygen rate. Brew was 2.5 weeks ago OG 12P. Gravity dropped to 10P in a few days and then has stalled out and has only dropped about half a plato in 2 weeks but continues to give off C02 as if fermentation is still happening. Normally these beers ferment out in about a month dropping a point every couple days but this thing just doesn't seem to move. Any guesses whats going on?
