Interested in formulating a recipe for a Low cal IPA. about 4.0 ABV. I'm thinking 8.5 OG. 35 IBUs how to determine caloric count? Are people using enzymes with these styles? If they do, sound more like a session brut.......which is just getting ridiculous with the styling. I don't know I'm just spitting into the wind here trying to get a direction.

If its low cal its NOT IPA, but something else entirely.
