    Advice on BK condensers

    We are moving and have to get a condenser for our brew kettle. Anyone has experiences of what kind of condensers that work well and that just does not work well at all? Water spray, PHE, PHE+exhaust fan, shell in tube HE, spiral in the condenser etc.

    I appreciate all feedback on this issue as i have read and heard too many horror stories about kettle condensers...
