Arches Brewing is an award-winning craft brewery in Atlanta, GA. We specialize in craft lagers but have a wide portfolio of inspired ales, seasonals, and specialty beers. We are committed to producing world-class beer. We are expanding our distribution and are hiring an experienced Market Manager to help manage the increasing demand for our products.
Role
Our Market Manager role is expected to develop, plan, and execute effectively in their territory or specified region. This role is responsible for building trust and retaining key customer relationships, developing awareness and evangelizing our brand, and educating customers on our portfolio. This role is also responsible for ensuring product quality in the market.

Role

Required Experienced
- 2+ years related brewery sales or distributor/wholesaler sales experience
- Experience managing a sales territory in a customer facing role
- Understanding of how to test, triage, and fix/communicate quality matters
- Passion and knowledge of craft beer
- Cicerone certificate is a plus
- Experience selling to on/off-premise, chains, independents is a plus
- Experience using brewery CRM (Lilypad, VIP) tools is a plus
