STEREO BREWING is looking for an employee to join our brewing team! We are an award-winning, family owned and operated brewery that is looking for someone to be self-motivated & adaptable in a changing environment. We’re a small team, so you get to be involved with all steps of the brewing operations.
We also have a lab that is not being utilized to it's full potential, so any experience in that area would be a huge plus.

Duties Include:
- Brew, transfer, filter, and cellar beer.
- Assist with on-site 15bbl batches.
- Actively prepare ingredients, including malt, hops, and yeast.
- Monitor and document fermentation activity.
- Monitor quality, flavor, and carbonation of on-site beers.
- Maintain and track raw material inventory, including malt, hops and yeast, and completing ordering of raw materials and supplies as needed.
- Follow existing recipes for staple beers & assist in developing unique recipes for new beers
- Collaborate with other brewers, both on-site and off-site
- Provide responsibility for development and documentation of safety and general operational protocols (SOPs) for brewery and related manufacturing operations; quality control; cellaring; packaging; and material handling aspects of the brewery manufacturing operation.
- Maintain proper cleanliness and organization throughout manufacturing operations.
- Properly clean up and wash down equipment and brewing area after brew days.
- Properly clean and sanitize all fermenters and totes.
- Properly keg beers from brite tanks
- Assist with canning / bottling / kegging beer in various sized packages
- Participate and represent the brewery at various tastings, festivals, and/or beer events, both on-site and off-site.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 3+ years prior work experience in a production brewery or large brewpub
- QA/QC knowledge, lab experience & yeast propagation a huge plus
- Able to lift heavy objects (25 – 50 lbs.) on a continual basis. Able to transport up to 160 lbs. (full kegs) with assistance. Able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for up to 8 hours per shift. Able to work in crowded and confined spaces.
- Able to maintain excellent customer service and high level of ethics while working under pressure.
- Love of music a plus. Journey fans need not apply.
