We are a start up brewery in beautiful N. Idaho looking for a head brewer to manage our 10bbl brewery, 10bbl brewhouse, four 10bbl FV and one 10bbl brite.
Position requires at least 2 yrs as a head brewer with a great aptitude for recipe creation targeted on both west and east coast IPA's, Hazy's etc.. Lager, Pils, Stout etc... should be a close second. As the Head Brewer, you oversee all brewing practices and overall operations at the brewery. Such duties will include, but not limited to, recipe formulation, raw materials inventory/ordering, brewing schedule, forecasting, making sure all operating systems are clean and functioning properly and working with other members of the team to ensure all beer that leaves the facility is of the highest quality. In addition, ensure proper “Side Streaming” of wastewater is met prior to discharge into sewer.
Salary plus bonus structure as well as stock options
