Resident Culture is a two year old a family owned brewery located in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. We have a strong focus on lager beer, hop forward ales, fruited sours, and mixed culture ales, amongst others. We highly value each of our employees and have created a tight family community amongst our staff and are looking to expand our family (and our brewing operations) by adding a cellar person to our team. In addition to finding someone with the necessary technical skills and experience we are principally looking for individuals who fit our culture of hard work ethic and caring for our fellow team members.
As a cellar person at Resident Culture your job will entail:
Regular brewery cleaning
Keg cleaning
CIPs of all vessels
Transfers
Packaging - kegging/canning/bottling
Gravities, tank dumps, Dry hops
Regular tastings and beer analysis/troubleshooting
Staff training
Forklift operation

2 years experience working in a professional brewery
Related educational experience a huge plus
Attention to detail
Forklift experience
Flexibility, positive attitude and a hard work ethic are extremely important
Must be a team player
Must be 21 years of age and have reliable transportation
