Hey everybody,
I'm looking to connect with a soon to open brewery or established brewery, looking for a Head or Experimental Brewer in the greater Pittsburgh region.
I used to work for Trophy Brewing Co in Raleigh NC for about 6 years. There since the beginning, after two years as assistant brewer I was promoted to Head Pub Brewer, where I was responsible for the trialing and implementation of new beers and techniques. I ran that side of the brewery for about 4 years and have been lucky enough to brew hundreds and hundreds of batches of beer, trial dozens and dozens of yeast strains, explore the full spectrum of styles from the hop to malt-forward, and intimately understand how to build and deftly combine, all of brewing's variables towards creating a world class product.
