  • Full Time Brewer Position - Baton Rouge, LA

Tin Roof Brewing Company is looking for a brewer to join our small but dedicated team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We operate a 30 BBL Premier Stainless brewhouse, a combination of 16 FVs and 3 brite tanks ranging from 10 to 60 BBL capacity, and a Cask ACSX2 canning line. Distributed in Louisiana, Houston, Mobile, Arkansas, and Mississippi, we produce both classic styles and newer, trendier, more experimental offerings, and continue to learn and develop in all three areas by frequently producing and canning small batches. The last few years have seen an increased focus on hazy IPAs and pales, and fruited sours, and in 2018, Tin Roof brought home the gold medal in the Hazy/Juicy Pale Ale category at the Great American Beer Festival. We are fervent contributors to our home’s unique culture and we are constantly striving to evolve along with the region’s growing and changing taste for craft beer.
