Praha Craft Brewery is looking to hire an assistant brewer. If you love craft beer and dream of getting a foot into the production side of the industry, this is your chance
**Position: **Assistant Brewer
**Reports to: **Head Brewer
**Who we are looking for**
We are looking for applicants that are excited about the explosive growth of the craft beer scene in South Korea. Knowledge of beer production and styles is important. Applicants must have an unhealthy enthusiasm for cleaning, bordering on a clinical level of OCD, and must not be afraid of hard work.
One year Experience working in a Craft Brewery would be a Huge Plus.

**3 Must have’s**
Legal right to work in Korea (Korean citizen and/or appropriate visa (F-visa)..."We can support working Visas for the right candidate".
Passion for Beer.
Must have a Driving Licence and should be able to drive a Manual Stick Truck. As we need to transport Malt from our Warehouse. International Licence is fine.
**Job Description**
Maintain and execute all functions of the job according to policy and procedure, safety requirements, and best practices.
**Responsibilities**
All aspects of raw materials handling
Milling of grain
Yeast wrangling
Clarification
Beer transfers
Finished beer testing (pH, gravity, CO2 Vols, etc...)
Equipment CIP
Keg Washing
Packaging Beer
General cleaning
1 Ton Truck Driving
Attending Beer Festivals
Beer classes for Customers
**Physical Requirements**
Lift 25kg from ground to shoulder and walk
Capable of standing for 8-12 hours
Capable of frequently crouching, bending, lifting, and climbing
Working safely around potentially hazardous machinery, equipment, and chemicals
Able to withstand frequently hot and humid environments
**Compensation**
We have a 6 day work week during summers (6-8 months). During winters we can have a 5 day work week. Working hours are flexible or you can work in shifts.
We will match the compensation from your previous work plus alpha.
