    Cascade Lakes Brewing Company specializes in bringing a diverse range of high-quality products to our customers. We are a catalyst for community and adventure.     We are looking for a motivated, professional, efficient, self-starter to work part-time (32 hrs/week) as the Executive Manager for a busy, fun, well-established craft brewing company with 2 brewpubs.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • Several years of experience with role-related duties (outlined below)
    • Attention to detail
    • Quality written and verbal communication skills
    • Work independently and within a team with minimal supervision
    • Work well under pressure and at a fast pace
    • Ability to handle repetitive work with a positive attitude
    • Keep the office running smoothly with organization and proactivity
    • Dependable and reliable presence in the company

    Job Duties:

    Financial/Bookkeeping:
    • Heavy use of QuickBooks (QB) including all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card reconciliation and reporting
    • Reconciling service staff’s cash several times per week with banking duties that go alongside
    • Monitor bank balances for several accounts, transfers as needed
    • Data entry in QB for all restaurant dailies including lotto transactions
    • Collaborate with CPA for monthly reconciliations
    • Assist with yearly budgets
    • Run month-end financial reports and assist with analysis

    Human Resources:
    • All aspects of payroll for approximately 85 employees – bi-weekly through Heartland-Ovation
    • Manage employee files, employee questions, draws, new hires
    • Process garnishments
    • BOL quarterly and yearly reporting
    • Unemployment paperwork
    • Verification of employment paperwork
    • 401K administration (yearly reporting, changes, open enrollment twice per year)

    Business:
    • Act as the company representative (accountant, insurance brokers, bank, lawyer, etc.)
    • Reporting, compliance and renewals with many agencies and states
    • Insurance – SAIF reporting, audit preparation and compliance, process workers comp paperwork, general liability liaison
    • Financial planning and budget accountability
    • Assist ownership group as requested
    • Other duties as required by the business
