The Cruisery, Santa Barbara’s newest brewery, now brewing on the longest continually operating brewhouse in Santa Barbara County, is looking for our next Head Brewer to join our team. We produce traditional and experimental brews year-round for consumption at our 15BBL brewpub in historic downtown Santa Barbara. We are looking for a team player who will work with the management team to come up with the brew schedule but will take the reins on raw material orders, beer design, brewing and finishing the beers as well as manage a part-time Assistant Brewer.
Ideal candidate has at least 3 years commercial brewing experience and has run full brews from grain to glass. Must be able to lift 55lbs repeatedly. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
