Brewer Position, Sarasota, FL
JDubs Brewing Company is looking for an experienced brewer for a Production Brewer position. The Production Brewer will be responsible for all aspects of wort production/cellaring/packaging beer. The right candidate will possess the following:
At least two years of commercial brewing experience is preferred
Ability to think critically and work unsupervised
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems
Ability to maintain detailed documentation Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
Specific job duties include but are not limited to:
Raw ingredient receiving/management
Wort production Yeast pitching/management
Fermentation management
All cellar work including barrel Keg filling Tank cleaning and sanitation
Brewhouse cleaning and general maintenance/repair
Cellar and cold box cleaning More cleaning
The candidate must be willing to work nights/ weekends.
