THE OPEN ROAD
Mother Road Brewing Company seeks an experienced brewer to aid us in the expansion of our production brewery in Flagstaff, Arizona. Over the course of six years, we have grown from brewing 650 barrels in 2011 to 9,515 barrels in 2018 and are on pace for 14,000 barrels in 2019.
The Mother Road Production team is comprised of four areas: Wort Production, Cellar, Packaging, and Quality. This collective group of fifteen is responsible for all facets of the brewing process. We are curious; continuously improving our beer and brewery through experimentation and open dialogue.
As a Brewer III - Packaging Lead, you will lead a team of five to brew distinguished beers. Primary job responsibilities include:

- Leading canning and kegging operations
- Coaching and mentoring Brewer Is and Brewer IIs
- Supporting and planning the implementation of new packaging equipment
- Working with brewers in other areas to ensure packageable beer is ready when required
- Working within Quality Manager on data tracking, sample collection, and troubleshooting
