We have a relatively small (250L) brewhouse that is direct fire. Our kettles sit about 20" off the ground. We are in the process of renovating a new space for the brewpub. We have decided epoxy floors for the cold side but we are at a bit of a loss for the flooring underneath the brewhouse area, which I imagine will experience temperatures above the ~250F rating I've seen on urethane coated concrete spec sheets. We have ripped up tiles, cut drains and will pour our sloped floors in a couple weeks. Should we go back to tile?
