Evolution Craft Brewing Co. is looking for team-oriented, hardworking, and talented brewers to join our team.
We operate a production brewery producing over 18,000 bbls annually. Our brewers oversee all aspects of brewhouse operations from milling to knockout and work closely with the cellar team.
Minimum Requirements:
•3 years brewery experience and/or brewing education
• Basic knowledge of brewing science, yeast handling, and lab procedures
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair knowledge
• Working knowledge of brewing processes and procedures
• Creative problem solving
• Inventory management
• Flexible availability, including occasional weekends and evenings
• Some computer and software skills
• Ability to take direction and accept constructive criticism
• Strong ability to multi-task
• A passion for craft beer
• Public tours, education, tastings, and ability to interact with brewery visitors
Physical Requirements Include:
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and move 165 pounds safely.
• Ability to work in a wet environment with humidity, steam, and heat or cold.
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs often
• Manual dexterity
• Endurance to work long shifts when needed
